



A week later, on a Tuesday, since we had not heard anything, he gave them a call to check on it. When my husband dropped it off on a Monday, they quoted him about $150 to fix it and told him they would need to send it in for repair since it involved the charging port and any work related to that required pieces to be sautered. So, we took our daughter's iPad in for repair after she broke off part of the lightning cable in the charging port and we couldn't get it out. HOWEVER, not only did it take LONGER than we were told (and they were rude when we called to inquire after the estimated completion date had passed) but they ALSO created a NEW problem and now we are going to have to spend even more money to get it fixed. The only reason this place is getting even 1 star is because they did fix the problem for which we took it in. However, Junior, the manager of the Martinsburg location has since REFUSED and said that we must allow him to "send it away" (for how long he won't tell us) and that he will NOT be replacing the iPad, despite what the General Manager said stating it "Is not up to him" DO NOT use this location! They are dishonest, rude, and incompetent.

This is for the Martinsburg location: UPDATE 4/28: We learned from another uBreakiFix location that the issue caused by the failure of the Martinsuburg location is not fixable and after speaking to the General manger for the area, were told we should get a replacement iPad.
